Booking  at Beara Camping

 

Please note the terms and conditions regarding booking in advance.

• The full charge for your booking will be debited from your credit/debit card at the time of booking.

• Term of lease starts on the first day at 15.00 hrs (reception hours till 21.00 hrs) and ends on the last day at 11.00 hrs.

• Kindly inform us of any delays in your arrival. If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hrs after your expected arrival, we reserve the right to re-let the booking.

• Pets are not allowed in the Mobile Home(s), cabin(s) and tent(s)

• If you may wish to change your original booking, we will always try to arrange matters to your satisfaction, but please take note that any change of the original booking (if possible at all) costs €15.00

• Should you for any reason leave earlier than agreed, you will still owe the total amount for the days you booked.

• Guests are required to return the mobile home(s) or cabin(s) as they found it: cleaned and undamaged. If you wish, you may leave the required final clean-up to us at a fee of € 75.00

• Photos of cabins/mobile homes are non contractual. Changes to the cabins/mobile homes may be made at any time by Beara Camping. 

• We reserve the right to move you to a cabin/mobile home other than the one you have booked should we be required to do so. 

 

Other conditions

• Each accommodation type may only be occupied by guests equivalent to the number of beds available in that accommodation. Exceptions only by prior arrangement, at the discretion of Beara Camping. Upon booking we send you a confirmation email. A copy of these terms and conditions will be enclosed.

• Liability: We cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by third parties on the campsite. We cannot be held responsible for any injury/damage caused due to negligence of the customer. We cannot be held liable for any losses, theft or damage to the properties of the customer.

• Use of the playground is strictly under parents supervision only, and use of the playground is at your own risk. No responsibility is accepted in the case of injury to a child on the playground.
